Solution 1: Reboot your Console

The first thing you need to do is force reboot your console to overcome the PS5 controller not working on Asus ROG Ally

Solution 3: Turn Off Nearby Bluetooth Devices

It would help if you made sure that the Bluetooth devices nearby you such as speakersmouse, mic, or any other are turned off.
