The cause of SSD not showing up is usually due to the missing drive letter of the SSD or its matching with some other SSD.

What you can do is check Disk Management where you can assign your device a new letter.

Here’s how you can assign it:

  1. Right-click on This PC and select Manage.
  2. Now look for Disk Management under the storage section and click on it.
  3. Right-click on the SSD partition.
  4. Select Change Drive Letter and Paths.
  5. Click the Change button and select a drive letter from the given list.
  6. Then click OK to confirm.

Solution 2: Update SSD Drivers to Fix SSD Not Showing Up
