Finding Puffskeins in Hogwarts Legacy
To acquire a Puffskein in Hogwarts Legacy, you will need to finish the quest named “The Elf, The Nab Sack, and The Loom.” During this quest, Deek will guide you through the process of using the Nab-Sack spell to capture magical creatures for the first time, and the Puffskein is one of the creatures that you can obtain. In addition, you will learn how to care for and release them in your Vivarium. If you desire to have multiple Puffskeins in your Vivarium, you may hunt for them in the wild and capture them using the same technique
- You can locate Puffskein Den early in the game while traveling to Hogsmeade with Sebastian
- The Den is situated in the South Hogwarts area to the east of the Forbidden Forest, near Foo Flame
- Once you have spotted a Puffskein, the next step is to get close enough to it to capture it using the Levioso spell.
- Then, use your Nab-Sack spell to secure it in your collection.
- Puffskeins will drop Puffskein fur, a material needed to slot tier-one traits when they are happy and this can only happen when you feed them regularly and brush their fur
There are also Shiny Puffskein that have white fur as compared to the normal ones
