Same as android, in iPhone status of last seen is set on everyone. The following steps will help you how to change your last seen status as your

1. Open the Telegram app on iPhone.
2. Tap on the gear icon in the bottom right corner to go to Settings

Showing Last Seen to Specific People

By default, Telegram last seen status is everyone, and Telegram also allows you to show your Last seen status to specific people.

1. Open Telegram app

5. Set Last seen & online to “Nobody“
   
   
6. Navigate to tap the Always share with option.
