The all-new Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family is being tested in Ireland and Colombia as confirmed by Microsoft.
Microsoft revealed the Xbox Game Pass plans and prices only for Ireland and Colombia
It will cost €21.99 per month and 49,900 COP respectively and the best part is that the new subscription will allow Xbox Game Pass members to share with up to four other friends or family members
But here’s the catch
Those four people who are added to the Friends & Family plan need to be in the same country.
Moreover, Xbox also released an FAQ where you will be able to know how the service works and how it will work across different regions. According to the FAQ, users can only be a member of one group at a time, and group members can only join a group up to two times per year.
Those subscribers who want to covert their on going plan into the Friends & Family plan need to read the conditions below:
- 30 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is 18 days of Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family
- 30 days of Xbox Game Pass (Console) is 12 days of Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family
- 30 days of PC Game Pass is 12 days of Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family
- 30 days of Xbox Live Gold is 12 days of Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family
- 30 days of EA Play is 6 days of Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family
Note: Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family will include all the same Xbox Game Pass Ultimate benefits for four other friends or family members. and it also includes access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, Xbox Live, and even the PC Game Pass versions of games.
The sad news is that The Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family plan is not yet available in the US, UK, or Europe, but it will be available soon.
