Sony’s PSVR 2, PlayStation’s next-gen VR headset will be coming in early 2023.
PlayStation on multiple social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram posted that the PlayStation VR2 headset is coming in “early 2023“
According to Sony, PSVR 2 will feature an OLED display with 2000×2040 pixels per eye and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It utilizes inside-out eye tracking and will have a 110-degree field of view.
You will be able to connect the headsets to your console with a single USB C cable.
Sony also announced that there will be 20 plus first-party and third-party titles confirmed for PSVR 2 at launch such as he Horizon, Walking Dead universes, No Man’s Sky, and Resident Evil Village
Compare to Meta’s headsets whose prices were recently increased the PSVR 2 is a wired one and needs a PS5 to operate.
