July is going to be a fun-filled month because of Pokemon Go. The game has planned a variety of events in July.
Pokemon Go is a smartphone app that combines gaming with the real world. Augmented reality is created for players by using location tracking and mapping technology.
Let’s see what the game is offering us in the next month!
Starley Community Day:
On Sunday, July 17, a Pokemon Go’s July Community Day will take place. A Pokemon Bird Starly will appear more frequently in the wild from 11 a.m to 2 p.m.

If you are lucky you might encounter a shiny one. During the event, many in-game bonuses and XP will also be active.
Starly: Featured Pokemon:
Starly will appear more frequently in the wild. For July’s community day, a new Starly-focused Special Research Story will also be offered. Tickets will be available for $1 in the game item shop.

Featured Attack: Gust:
Starly the Pokemon bird will be able to learn a special attack by evolving into its final form, Staraptor, a flying type fast attack Gust.
Pokemon Go Fest Live Events:
An in-person event will take place in July and August in selected cities. The people who will attend the event will get the chance to enjoy some exclusive content which includes Special Research Story which will also give you a chance to catch a new Ultra Beast.

July Research Breakthrough:
A new Research Breakthrough reward will be offered in July. Whenever you complete a Research Breakthrough next month, you’ll get a chance to accumulate a standard-type Pokemon Lickitung. It will start on July 1 and will end on August at 1 p.m PDT.
You’ll receive a stamp for every Field Research you complete each day and after gathering seven stamps, you’ll accomplish a Research Breakthrough.
Raid Schedule of July:
Five Star Raids: Next month, Legendary and Mega Pokemon are returning to raids. Raid rotations all start and end at 1 a.m local time. In five-star raid battles at different places, the legendary birds listed below will appear:
- Articuno: July 1-7
- Zapdos: July 7-14
- Moltres: July 14-22
- Dialga: July 22-31
Mega Raids: Raid rotations all start and end at 1 a.m local time. In mega raid battles at different places, these will appear:
- Mega Charizard X: July 1-7
- Mega Charizard Y: July 7-14
- Mega Pidgeot: July 14-22
- Mega Gengar: July 22-31
Raid hours event will occur from 6 p.m to 7 p.m every Wednesday.
Four Star Raid: In a four-star raid, Staravia will appear, and after defeating Staravia, Starly will begin to appear, you can even encounter a Shiny One!
July Spotlight Hours:
Different Pokemon and bonuses every Tuesday will be spotlighted from 6-7 p.m local time.

Stickers:
Event-themed stickers in a variety of ways will be available to players

- Purchasing from the in-game shop
Event Bonuses:
More in-game bonuses will also be active during July’s community day.
- Lure Modules and Incense you use will last for three hours.
- 3x Catch XP
- 2x Candy for catching Pokemon
- Trades made during the event and up to five hours afterward will require 50% less Stardust.
- 2x chance to receive Starly Candy XL from catching Starly.
- For a surprise, take a few snapshots during Community day.
- During the event, one additional special trade can be made during the event and up to five hours afterward for a maximum of three for the day.
Many more events are coming in July which will include an anniversary celebration and a mystery event.
