Apple and Sony have extended a PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 offer that gives players access to a free trial of Apple TV+. The deal, previously available only to PS5 players, is now available for PS4 gamers too.
From now until July 22, 2022, PS4 players can redeem the deal on their Apple TV+ app in PlayStation TV and Video. The free trial lasts for three months for the PS4 and six months for the PS5. For those with a valid payment method on file in their Apple ID account, the free trial is followed by a $4.99 monthly charge unless canceled. After the free trial ends, Apple TV+ offers shows like The Morning Show [produced by Steven Spielberg], The Snoopy Show [an animated prequel to Peanuts], Ted Lasso [starring John Stamos], Severance [a series about an execution squad], CODA [an animated sci-fi series] and more.
The content set to debut on Apple TV+ in the next few months includes Ted Lasso Season 3, Friday Night Baseball, and They Call Me Magic, a series about NBA star Magic Johnson. Subscribers to Apple TV+ also have access to the entire library of movies and other shows to rent or buy.
