Good News For Hogwarts Legacy Fans
Those who couldn’t get Merlin’s Cloak, for them there will be future chances to acquire it. Merlin’s Cloak is the scarcest of all the extra content in Hogwarts Legacy, and the desire for it is rising among fans.
Initially, players had only two chances to obtain Merlin’s Cloak through Avalanche Software’s Twitch streams: the first during the pre-launch stream for Hogwarts Legacy, and the second on the main release day. However, due to unexpectedly high demand from fans, Avalanche Software has decided to address this issue.
Recently Chandler Wood, the Community Manager at Avalanche Software, mentioned on Twitter that fans can still acquire Merlin’s Cloak even if they missed both streams as he said:
We’re planning more opportunities for you to get this cloak at various times over the next couple of weeks. More details to come

The announcement was received with excitement as shown in the comments. Several fans pointed out that the timing of the streams was inconvenient for those in different time zones, and the fact that the streams occurred during the workweek with a limited window likely contributed to the requests for additional opportunities.

Avalanche Software might not have realized how many people would be interested in this item, so they didn’t expect so many people to participate in the streams
The game launched on February 10 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X, and will release on April 4 for PS4 and Xbox One, and on July 25 for Nintendo Switch.
