To text your enemy team in Valorant you have to press Shift+Enter and now type the message and then hit enter and your message will be sent two both teams.

Disable the Voice Chat in Valorant
1. Open the VPN
So here is how you are going to mute the voice chat in Valorant:
1. Open the Valorant game
2. On the right side of the main screen, you can see the gear icon click on it
3. A small menu with option will open
1. Open the VPN
4. Select the "SETTINGS" option
5. Now you can see Five major options in the top middle of the settings window
6. Select "AUDIO", From sub-option select "VOICE CHAT"

7. Find "Team Voice Chat"
8. Click on the Off button in order to close public voice chat
9. Now CLOSE SETTINGS and you will be able to disable the Voice chat/Text chat in Valorant.
